I wish I’d never fallen in love with you.

I wish I never noticed how you smiled with your eyes.

I wish I never noticed how you’d look down, compose yourself before drawing me back in.

I miss our conversations about nothing, because whenever you spoke nothing else mattered.

I wish my heart never skipped a beat whenever you were nearby.

I wish I could have communicated better.

I wish I didn’t get choked up on how I really felt.

I miss never feeling alone when you were with me but now none of that matters.
