Album – Scorpion

Hands down the most popular artists in the united states Drake brings the heat again with Scorpion. Arguably the album of the summer, leading into early fall Scorpion still is in the top five of music charts, and has several songs in the top 10 including “Nonstop” and “In My Feeling.” The latter went so viral that it held at number one for several weeks.

Scorpion benefited greatly from being a double album, meaning not only did we get rap Drake, we also got R&B Drake. This gave the album even more longevity as Drake gave us a song for every mood.

To top it all off, Drake did something only an artist of his caliber could do, he brought Michael Jackson back! With the feature of Michael Jackson on “Don’t Matter To Me,” Drake brings the King of Pop back to the forefront, and just for that we can consider this album, album of the summer.
