Album – Ye
Kanye West’s Ye album was released on Friday, June 1, by GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. Kanye West features Ty Dolla $ign, Kid Cudi, Jeremih, Niki Minaj, Charlie Wilson, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Ant Clemons and 070 Shake.
Kanye West’s last album was The Life of Pablo, which released on Feb. 14, 2016. Ye was more of a personal album compared to The Life of Pablo. Kanye West talks about his bipolar issues and his suicidal thoughts. He also drops lyrics relating to the controversial comments such as “slavery was a choice”. It still has its rap focused songs such as “All Mine” and its singing focused song like “No Mistakes”.
I liked this album a lot and enjoyed listing to it during the summer.
